Vicente Torres, Michelin star chef, joins the Moxi team presenting a haute cuisine concept with Mediterranean touches.
The inspiration for the Moxi menu comes from the environment, from the small producers who for me are artisans and a fundamental part of our team. From organic gardens, their colors, aromas I like to define the type of cuisine as a product cuisine, with Mediterranean touches. We seek to have the best product in order to offer the best experience to our diners and thus be able to enjoy it in a unique environment such as Moxi.
